Home Rebate Program

The commission you pay when buying or selling a home can be a substantial expense. However, with Wright-Patt's Home Rebate Program, you can significantly reduce the impact of this expense.

By using one of our qualified Realtor® partners to buy or sell your home*, you will earn a rebate equivalent to 20% of their sales commission. This rebate can be used to:
  • Increase your down payment** - putting more money down can help you qualify for more favorable rates or terms.
  • Cover closing costs** - reduce the amount of money that would otherwise come out of your pocket.
  • Cash after closing** - gives you extra cash for things such as new furniture, appliances, or improvements you would like to make before moving in.
